We co-developed a behavioral observation program that grew to hundreds of thousands of records.
Over several years, one of Colombia's largest cement producers worked with Unydos to build its behavioral observation program in Amatia. The project also connected accident management with physical signage at its plants, making operational conditions visible.
The project's value came from understanding the environment and developing alongside the people who knew it.
